As the owner and Director of Infinity and Beyond Childcare Solutions (I&BCS), I bring over twenty years of experience in early childhood education, including long day care, sessional kindergarten, and family daycare.

I’m proud of the dedicated team and strong reputation we’ve built in the community. My love for early education and desire to help others led me to establish IABCS.

During the pandemic, I saw the immense pressure and fatigue on educators and centre managers. To address staff shortages, I launched I&BCS to provide quality relief educators,  dispelling the myth that childcare agency educators are merely just numbers to fill educator-to-child ratios—but dedicated and skilled professionals

Get To Know Shannan

I have been working with children from the ripe age of 16. I started coaching gymnastics to 2 – 5-year-olds and school children of all ages. I am 26 now and I still love working with children just as much, mostly because I’m still a child at heart too.

I’ve spent most of my childcare career in centres full-time. This is my first time being in the child care agency side of things and I absolutely love the flexibility and opportunity that an agency brings.
