Extensive Induction
We meet face to face and discuss everything from arrival at your new centres, uniform requirements and food safety to the importance of using initiative and the IABCS philosophy.
Uniform Supplied
We want our educators to look their best; we supply them with branded shirts and a vest.
Employee Collabration
We have a great Facebook group where other educators can share tips and information about their experiences at different centres. We also have quarterly staff meetings.
Development
We value our educators and are happy to pay for professional development courses that relate to our industry. Talk to Colleen for more information.
